Building on the success of Impact Week Rwanda 2018, Christine Wenzel and Joern Bruecker from JCW Evolution took on the role of Lead Organizers for Impact Week Accra, Ghana in 2019. With a dedicated core team and renowned Design Thinking and Innovation Coaches, they designed a program that aimed to be the largest Impact Week ever conducted.
With the support of 11 Senior and Lead Coaches a total of 56 Junior Coaches were trained to facilitate the final four-day event, which brought together 186 students from the University of Ghana. As a testament to our commitment to nurturing innovation, we introduced the innovation fair, providing 30 teams the opportunity to pitch their ideas in front of a jury and compete for a place in the finals on stage.
